Sound Therapy bowls are placed directly on and/or around the body to induce an immediate relaxed state. The sound waves create a gentle and powerful massage that penetrates deeply into the body’s tissues. This leads to muscle tension decreasing, the mind becoming calm, and stress melting away.
I now meet people at their homes for these sessions.

Clinical Qigong Treatment (Remote)

A powerful holistic modality that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of oneself. It is a powerful tool to assist in healing, as well as used as a preventative or maintenance treatment. It is used today alongside western medicine in hospitals across China and has garnered respect in the U.S. and around the world in recent decades.
This is a no-contact treatment and is typically done remotely.

Your first session includes:
30 min initial consultation over Zoom to review your paperwork
Remote Clinical Qigong Treatment (these sessions can last 1-3 hours - clients do not need to be present as I do these remotely)
Written summary of what happened during the session, what was treated, and any intuitive messages that I received from your guides
I Ching Reading
30 minute follow up Zoom consultation after the treatment to review highlights from your session and answer questions.
Follow up sessions include: everything above, except the 30 min initial consultation.
Most clients who start receiving treatments do so regularly. We can chat about what that looks like for you after your first session.

Your clinical Clinical Qigong Treatment works on a deep, energetic level to help you open to transformation and healing. Being in this state allows for changes in your emotional state to happen much easier.
Sometimes you'll also gain insight on what emotions or aspects of yourself might be out of balance. This is where Core Transformation comes in, and helps you re-balance and transform those aspects - without having to rely on force or willpower.

Thousands of years old, its Wisdom is profound and is used today to help guide people on their journey. Using Yarrow sticks, some would say it is a form of divination. However, when used as a tool to connect us with our nature, it is so much more.
Core Transformation ("CT") - Done via Zoom
A gentle, yet effective, science backed process that works with inner aspects/"parts" of yourself to transform limiting beliefs, recurring thoughts, negative emotions, and unhealthy habits with more more ease than relying on willpower alone.
As Alina gently guides you through this kind, inner exploration, you'll gain deeper insight on what's underneath your thoughts, emotions, and habits and how you can unlock inner resources to help you transform them with ease.
All this is done without having to unpack your past, re-live past memories, or talk about your problems. In fact, you might be surprised by how little info Alina will need to get started.
Most people find that negative thoughts/inner dialog/emotions dissolve and they're able to stick to healthy habits with less resistance.

Qigong is a healing modality that gets you moving! It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. In this session, I will guide you through various Qigong movements that are most aligned to your current goals and needs.

House Energetic Fire Cleansing (Remote)

A house energetic fire cleanse is helpful when you move into a new home or something happened or around the home that you feel may be disrupting the energetic flow. In this session, I work remotely to energetically check each area of your home and cleanse any stagnant or stuck energy.
You’ll receive pictures and video of your cleanse after the session.

Using a Shamanic-Daoist practice along with the 5 element theory of Classical Chinese Medicine, your house, place of employment or any area you spend a great deal of time in can be cleansed of energy that does not serve your highest needs.
Living and working in an area that supports your journey is an integral aspect of your overall health and well-being. This session can be done at your home or office as well as remotely.

Currently I offer in person Vibrational Sound Therapy and Qigong Movement by appointment at Clear View Counseling in Greenwood Village, CO and my clients’ homes.
I’m open to travel to provide these services to groups as well.

Therapeutic singing bowls are one-of-a-kind. They are designed specifically for sound therapy.
The session is done on a massage table in a safe, relaxing setting. The client’s clothing remains on, except for shoes, belts, some jewelry, and eyeglasses. Bowls are placed on/or beside the body. As the bowls are played, they produce tones that help release stress, heart rate slows, and arteries expand, giving rise to a feeling of warmth and peace.
Even in the first session, the body can go to a deep state of relaxation that allows the body to repair itself and strengthen its immune system.

This is a no-contact energetic treatment that is done mostly remotely.
A Clinical Qigong session involves the practitioner making focused movements along energy points of the body. This helps the patient release emotions held deep within the organs and tissues of the body, which can cause energy blocks and ultimately, dis-ease.
Each treatment will take approximately 2-4 hours. Part of that time is spent teaching certain guiding principles of Clinical Qigong, and Qigong self-care practices, but most of the time is the Clinical Qigong treatment (which the client is not typically present for since the treatment is usually done remotely).
The session will end with a written summary of what occurred and "homework" for the client—not for medicines or herbs, but for specific Qigong practices to be done at home to support the healing process between sessions and to improve self-care.
In this regard, Clinical Qigong is a real partnership between the practitioner and client toward resolving the patient’s healthcare concern.

Qigong is an ancient practice that combines movement, breath, and meditation to harmonize energy within the body and promote healing and wellbeing.
In a movement session, I guide you through various exercises that are suited best for your body’s abilities and needs. Qigong can be practiced even without being able to physically move certain parts of the body.

The short answer is YES! These tools individually or combined can assist you in going deeper into the root of your challenges. Clients have different needs. I encourage you to try them all and see which one connects with your nature.

Together, we'll formulate a detailed question, and I'll use yarrow sticks to assist you in providing clarity, Wisdom and guidance with your situation.
Keep in mind that the I Ching does not tell you what to do!! It is a way to connect with the energy of the situation and your nature. It gives you the situation in it's purest form. The I Ching provides you with deep, and invaluable insight during any crossroad.
