Come get rejuvenated as I play therapeutic singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments while you relax in nature. This form of meditation and relaxation promotes mental clarity, increases focus, and reduces stress and anxiety.

Cost: $20 Resident/$25 Non Resident

Bring:  Bring blankets, pillows, a yoga mat, and whatever you need to be comfortable. Dress in layers. This will taking place on the South lawn.
