Group Sound Bath at Hudson Gardens (Indoors)

Come get rejuvenated as I play therapeutic singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments while you relax. This form of meditation and relaxation promotes mental clarity, increases focus, and reduces stress and anxiety.

Cost: $25 Resident/$30 Non Resident

Bring:  Bring blankets, pillows, a yoga mat, and whatever you need to be comfortable. Dress in layers. This will taking place inside.

    Occasionally, I do not record the meeting so we can maintain a sacred container and confidentiality.

    So, if you cannot make it live, you’ll likely be receiving a recording. I will note on each event where a recording will not be made.
